The Glendale Memorial Nature Preserve and offices are located in the hamlet of Glendale in the Florida panhandle, 40 miles north of the Gulf Coast and about midway between Mobile, Alabama and Tallahassee, Florida.

Exit I-10 at DeFuniak Springs. Take 331 north to Hwy-90, and 90 east to Hwy-83 (in town). Driving north on Hwy-83 about 9 miles will bring you to our sign and kiosk. At the kiosk follow the directions pictured below, or stop and pick up a print of these directions. We will be happy to see you!

At kiosk follow directions below:
1. Our sign and kiosk. From here continue north on Hwy-83 about 1/2 mile.
2. When you see these two missile nosecones, turn in between them.
3. Head down this road.
4. Go past the buildings in this photo.
5. On the left you will see the office. Turn in.
6. Drive on the grass to our office/home.
The entrance is this corner of the porch. Enter porch & knock on main door.
The dogs are sweethearts.
The grounds include a working
farm and sawmill. If no one answers
your knock, sound your vehicle horn.
